Tunisian team Club Africain will face fellow North Africans MAS de Fes commonly known as Maghreb Fès in the CAF Confederations Cup finals.
The Moroccans (Maghreb Fes) booked their place into the finals of the prestigious tournament after seeing off Angolan club InterClube by a solitary goal in the second leg of their semifinal match played in Luanda on Sunday October 30 2011.
Away goal advantage The away goal rule worked in Maghreb’s favor after losing in the first leg 2-1 away in Angola to settle for a 2-2 draw after the second leg of the matches.
They will now face former Club Africain in what is expected to be a thrilling encounter. The two legged final will be played on November 18 and December 2 2011 in both Morocco and Tunisia.
Club Africain qualified for the finals after beating West African team Sunshine FC of Nigeria 1-0 on Saturday October 29 2011.
