Demi Moore Hospitalized

Demi Moore was reportedly hospitalized on Monday night following a 911 call, and is now seeking “professional assistance.”
He rep confirms to Gossip Cop, “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.”
“She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her friends and family,” the rep adds.
Paramedics reportedly took the actress from her home to a local hospital shortly before midnight on Monday, according to TMZ, which claims Moore’s treatment is for substance abuse.
